How are toilet rollers manufactured

The Virgin Jumbo roll is the raw material of toliet roll paper. It’s made from cotton pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, and straw pulp. The high grade toilet paper adapts 100% wood pulp virgin jumbo roll. The diameter of virgin Jumbo roll normally is 1000MM~3800MM. The quality of raw material virgin jumbo roll determines the final quality of toliet roll paper.

The first step of how toilet tissue rolls are manufactured is, chooseing high qualy of virgin jumbo rolls.

Paper core is a cardboard tube holder inside of the toilet paper roll. It’s normally made from harder kraft paper. Our paper core making machine can produce paper core sizes at 15~60MM.

Most of the toliet roll core sizes are at 38MM or 42MM. A bigger paper roll core makes final toilet roll looks bigger. The paper core actually occupied the space of the toliet roll. However, not necessary to buy this machine if you prefer to produce solid toilet rolls without core.

The Paper Rewinding Machine will rewind virgin jumbo rolls into small rolls with paper core. This is the main machine for toliet roll making. Manually put jumbo roll and paper core into the machine, paper band (paper log) will be produced out.

In the meantime, the toilet paper can be embossed when rewinding. The embossing pattern can be customer‘s logo or any simple designs. We design this pattern free for you.
